Private & Birthday Party Policies at Pattison's

Private Birthday and Party Packages:
- WE DO NOT ALLOW WALK-IN BIRTHDAY PARTIES
- Celebrations are welcome, but cake, presents, decorations, and other party items should only be brought if you have a reserved birthday party room or private rental.
Bringing Your Own Cake:
- You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake with a reservation.
- However, no other outside food or drinks are allowed.
Coupons and Passes:
- Coupons or "skate free" passes cannot be combined with party packages.
Deposits and Payments:
- A non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due towards the end of your party.
Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel within 14 days of your party/event, you can reschedule for a later date within 3 months.
- If not, the deposit will be retained.
